We have just returned from an 8 night stay at Villa Life and our opinion is quite mixed. We greatly appreciated the warm welcome of the whole family who runs this Villa (all very available). The apartments are very well equipped, large and overall clean (cleaning is done daily). The exteriors are also very nice (beautiful vegetation), very nice pool and jaccuzy top! There is even a fitness area. On the other hand, there are two big black spots for me: - The noise of the national road at the bottom of the villa. There is a noise 24h / 24h. And given the previous comments, we did not think it was so strong. There is strong nuisance that clearly prevents from enjoying the outdoors. - The apartment we were in was not isolated, whether it was road noise or light (no shutter). It would be nice to make arrangements for the insulation especially as the apartment is one of those most ready for the road! The apartment is also up to the spots of the pool so that there is light all night. In addition, some evenings, the light of the reception remains lit so even more light in the room! We recommend for a stay of a few days but no more as it is not a place to rest.

A jewel in Chania area

Eleni, her family and staff do everything possible to make you feel at home and build memories to last with your family. Everything is clean, nicely decorated and functional. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast (optional) amazing with local products and the beautiful pool and garden (sea view) the best. Area is great to discover the beautiful west of Crete. Quiet yet central. Will definitely come back and recomment it highly!

Moi et mes amies avont beaucoup aimes votre h?tel, proche de la mer proche du centre ville. Toujours bien entretenue belle piscine avec une belle vue. Rien ? dire vraiment. Je n'h?siterais pas ? revenir.

Very fine Hotel and lovely people

We have been in Villa Life for eight nights. First of all I have to say that Eleni from the owners family received us very well. The rooms are simple but functional and nicely furnished. They were allways clean. The hotel is even a pretty quiet place what makes it much easier to get relaxed. The owners family and the employees are very lovely. It felt pretty familiar. We would definitely recommend this hotel. And we already did.

Great Hotel - every Room has its own balcony

We stayed in the Economy Room and it was very nice. The pool is amazing and the hotel has and intelligent shape which allows an pool view for all rooms. The breakfast was very nice!

Loved these apartments they are jewels

Excellent design and layout clean and comfortable to a very high degree very welcoming and excellent breakfast is a lovely feature. The swimming pool is exceptional, deep and clear. The surrounding grounds lead to tranquillity and resfullness. The proximity of the beach and lots of good restaurants adds to the experience. Certainly a place one would be pleased to return to.

Fabulous Stay, Great View, Lovely Pool

We had a lovely stay here, lovely view of the sea from the hills. The pool is a great size and my children loved the diving board. The daily room clean is amazing. Lovely spot, only 15 mins walk into town to the beach. Would recommend a car though as its a hot walk in the day and you can see some of the other bits of Crete. Would definitely recommend this to other people.
